ONE MONTH OF FREE YOGA (Twice a week €40)
This ancient discipline is a system of holistic care. In yoga, body, mind and spirit are strengthened and calmed through the practice of asanas (postures), breathing and meditation. More than a practice, yoga is a way of life that proposes to be in harmony with the environment and conscious in the present moment.
The sessions last one hour. We will practice the different postures in harmony with the breath, adapting them to the process of each participant. All classes end with a relaxation to deepen the practice.
Continuous yoga practice keeps you active and flexible and helps you to manage stress and anxiety.
