By signing this mandate form, you authorize (A) Fundación Cudeca (ID: ES83001G92182054) to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from Fundación Cudeca. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. You can get additional information about your rights from your bank.

Cudeca is under the special tax regime of Law 49/2002, so your donation is entitled to the maximum tax deductions, which can reach up to 80% from January 2020 (more info). To do this, it is essential to fill in the DNI field.

Did you know that you can recover up to 80% tax relief on your donations?

On the first €150 you donate you will receive 80% tax relief and from €150 upwards 35% tax relief. In addition, if you have been donating for more than 3 years, your tax relief on this last instalment increases to 40%.
