We are looking for a Manager to lead our Charity Shop in Alora!
Job description:
A responsible position leading a team of dedicated volunteers working to generate funds to provide Hospice care to patients suffering from advanced non-curable cancer and other life threatening illnesses, and support to their families.
Job requirements:
- To direct and motivate a group of approximately 35 volunteers
- Dedication, enthusiasm, high level of energy and goal-orientation
- Professional appearance and manner
- To be organised, decisive and skilled in public relations
- To select and price stock
- To manage the accounts, banking and administrative tasks
- Bilingual level English/ Spanish and user-level computer knowledge necessary
Experience in similar posts will be an advantage.
Part time contract, following trial period, with competitive salary and training.
