On the 10^th of September , Hipólito Zapico, Councillor for Social Welfare of Mijas Town Hall, met our Executive Chief and Medical Director, María Luisa Martín, and with our Manager of Institutional Relations, Áurea Peralta, taking an interest in the projects and needs of the Cudeca Hospice. Likewise, on September 11, the Health Councillor, Mª Carmen González, visited the Cudeca Centre to know our facilities and medical staff.

Mijas Town Hall has been supporting CUDECA since 2014 with an economic contribution through a nominative subsidy. The current government confirms the aid of 40,000 euros for the home care program in palliative care for Mijas citizens during 2019.

It is estimated that in this year, CUDECA will treat 75 patients and their families who are residents of the municipality of Mijas, through its home care programs, Day Care and Rehabilitation Unit, In-Patient Unit and Psychosocial Care.
