On Friday, December 14^th, The American Club of the Costa del Sol, Estepona & Sotogrande Chapter gathered at the Le Petit Paris Restaurant in Estepona for their Christmas lunch to donate a cheque of €800, which will be used to continue the free and professional care provided to cancer patients without possibility of cure by our hospice.

The American Club of the Costa del Sol, Estepona and Sotogrande Chapter is a charitable association that has been active here in the region for some 33 years. The original aims of the association were to foster good relationships between the local Spanish people and the many American residents in the area at that time but over the years their membership has become truly international. This club is a social group organizing lunches, coffee mornings and outings whilst raising money for their chosen charities by way of raffles and membership fees.

This year they have chosen us to make their donation as several members and friends of their Chapter have sadly suffered losses this year as the result of cancer and they all know and value the good work carried out by us.
