Liz Parry from the Sur in English Newspaper visited the Cudeca Hospice Centre to draw the winning name out of the hat for the Sur in English appeal draw in aid of Cudeca Hospice.  A Cudeca patient Mr. John Bailey did the honour of drawing the winning entrant, surrounded by Cudeca Medical and Administration staff.  The winners were Stefon and Mavis Mitchell from Torremolinos who will spend a weekend for two in the La Posada del Torcal Hotel, including meals, drinks and a massage.  Liz started the Sur in English appeal in early October where readers were invited to become regular benefactors or make a one-off donation, by using the form on the page.  As well as contributing to a very good cause, all participants had a chance of winning the fantastic stay at the Hotel in el Torcal.
