On 15th September 2008, Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice and the well known security company, Alarma Universal, were delighted to re-new, for the third consecutive year, the Sponsorship agreement for the 2009 Cudeca Calendar.

 

Fundación Cudeca are preparing to release 3,000 copies of the wall calendars, with the objective of raising funds to cover the high maintenance costs of the In-Patient Unit and the Palliative care needs of patients suffering from advanced non-curable cancer within the province of Málaga.

 

For this calendar, Cudeca is once again counting on the exceptional sponsorship of Alarma Universal, who has supplied the best security systems available on the Costa del Sol for the past 26 years, and is generously donating nearly 4,000 Euros to cover printing costs and will also raise awareness via means of their numerous clients and employees.

 

The photographs of Andalucia scenes used for the content of the 2009 Calendar are generously donated by members of the COSTA DEL SOL PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY, an international group of photographers and dedicated supporters of Cudeca.

 

The care Cudeca offers to patients and families is totally free of charge, and therefore, raising funds such as calendar sales are essential in order to be able to continue providing our specialist programmes.
