Projection of the documentary – Listening to the Wind –
On Friday, 30th January in the “La Cañada” shopping centre in Marbella, the projection of the Cudeca Hospice´s documentary “Listening to the Wind” took place, winner of the public award for the “Best Film” of the II Low Cost Cinema Festival and Emerging Directors of the Gas Museum of the sponsors Fenosa Natural Gas Foundation.
In this projection, the following people were present: Alfonso Palazón, Director of the documentary; Eva Buch, Director of the Gas Museum of the Natural Gas Fenosa Foundation; Ricardo Urdiales, President of the Cudeca Foundation and Dr.Marisa Martin, Chief Executive and Medical Director; representatives of the Marbella town hall, volunteers and other friends of Cudeca.
The documentary “Listening to the Wind” is an account of making sense of life and death.It is based on real lives, carried out in a very generous and courageous way, shared by patients and their family alike, assited by the Cudeca Foundation.
For more than two decades, Cudeca Hospice has provided care to more than 9.000 patients via their following personalised care programmes: Home Care visits, In-Patient Unit, Day Care Centre, Physiotherapy, Counselling and Psycho-Social Programme. All the care provided by the Hospice is cost-free.
