The Malaga Restaurant Palocortado joins the campaign of Solidarity Restaurants with a very fresh and delicious dish, red tuna tataki marinated in dashi with macadamia nut ajoblanco. You already know that these solidarity dishes consist of 1 euro of each dish going to our special way of caring. The Foundation thanks Palocortado for joining this campaign and giving us the help we need. Palocortado Restaurant is a unique space located in front of the Cathedral of Malaga with capacity for 200 people. An inimitable space that provides the city with an exclusive experience, a concept that combines traditional and fusion cuisine with specially chosen surroundings and studied interior design that gives diners much more than just a gastronomic experience.
