Following the hugely successful annual President’s Ball at the Tamisa Golf hotel on 12th June, the Board Directors of La Cala Lions Club, Bryan Coventry and Tony Bellamy, paid a visit to the Cudeca Hospice on 4th November to present Joan Hunt, OBE, President and Founder and Rafael Olalla, Financial Director, the cheque for 5.000€.

 

This very kind donation will be put towards maintaining and replacing machinery and items within the Gymnasium and Physiotherapy Unit in the Day Care Centre based at the Hospice and also hands-free Bluetooth devices for the Home Care team cars. Not only do the patients cared for by Cudeca benefit from the physical advantages of the professionally supervised exercise available, but also the emotional and spiritual benefits.
