“La Cala Resort is an example for other golf and tourism businesses to follow if the Costa del Sol is to maintain its position as the leading golf destination in Europe and its important position in world golf as a quality destination” said the Managing Director of the Costa del Sol Tourism Board, Ana Gómez, on the 17th July during the Resort’s 20th anniversary celebration. La Cala Resort is the largest golf complex in Spain and has been one of the most dedicated supporters of Cudeca for the last 15 years.

The Deputy Mayor of Mijas, Ana Román; The President of the Golf Federation of Andalusia, Ángel de la Riva; Ramón Dávila, the President of Promotur, the Promoters Association of Residential Tourism and Sports in Andalusia; La Cala’s Director of Leisure, José Navas, the President and Founder of Cudeca, Joan Hunt OBE, and many more guests showed their appreciation for the Resort during a cocktail dinner on the new club terrace.
