The retiring Captains Vic and Pauline Hilliard & Vice Captains Bobo and Lotta Syversen accompanied by  Derek and June Steele, who organized the successful Tombola, presented a cheque for the grand total of 10,000.00€ to Joan Hunt OBE, Founder and Honorary President; Susan Hannam, Vice President; and  Nati Gómez, Cudeca fundraiser.

Cudeca Hospice and La Cala Golf decided to dedicate this year's tournament to the memory of Joan Stock in gratitude for her dedication and enthusiasm by raising over 150,000€ to support the hospice care during the past 22 years.
