Great fundraising at the St Patrick´s Day with the Goldies at the Tamisa Golf Hotel!
On 17th March, The Cudeca Goldies celebrated St Patrick´s Day at the Tamisa Golf Hotel, Mijas to help us to continue our special kind of caring.
A huge group of well over 100 guests gathered at the Tamisa Golf Hotel to enjoy the day and excellent menu of Irish cuisine... the Craic, the Shebeen, some Shenanigans or a few Scoops.... the afternoon was full of live entertainment introduced by the well-known DJ Leejay, with A Touch of Class, Reflections Acapella and the wonderful Irish singer, John O’Brian.
Interesting stalls were also available to look around selling a wide variety of goods from ladie´s fashion to antiques.
The Cudeca Goldies and John Peach, owner of Tamisa Golf Hotel, were able to donate over €1,300 to for us to continue our special care.
Some representatives from the Cudeca Hospice attended the event and were delighted with the great attendance and warm atmosphere: “we feel very proud of the continuous work of the Cudeca Goldies and are very thankful for their trust and support. They set a magnificent example for our community and we hope we can always count on them”, commented Ángel Krebbers, manager of Communication and Fundraising of the Cudeca Hospice.
