On Friday 28th June we will celebrate our Gala Dinner at the Restaurant of  Michelin Star Chef José Carlos García, located on Pier One in Malaga (Muelle Uno).

At the gala dinner you will be able to enjoy the exceptional cuisine of José Carlos García and his team, distinguished gastronomically with Michelin Stars throughout his career, and participate of the charity raffle where fantastic prizes will be given.

The Gala will begin at 9pm with a very special "Seasons of Flavors" welcome cocktail followed by the Michelin Star Dinner service and the raffle.

The price of this gala dinner is 85€ per person.

This gala dinner aims to raise funds to continue caring for people with cancer and other advanced illnesses.
Every year we care for more than 1,400 people; as well as offer support to more than 2,100 relatives.

    

   

Welcome cocktail with "seasons of flavors"
Sunflower shortbread cookie, Label Rouge bonbon, liquid olives, red garlic and Kimchi salmon.

Menu:
Lobster Andalusian Gazpacho.
Season fish with Mushrooms Duxelles-Aniada Sauce.
Iberian Sirloin-Café de París Sauce.

Dessert:
Banana-Lima-Basil.
