Evo Pilates, in the heart of La Cala is back for a charity month in aid of Cudeca
- Evo Pilates charity event will take place during the month of October.
- Dedicating 10% of every Pilates group class and private session to Cudeca.
- Donations from students can also be made in the Cudeca tin at the Studio.

Evo comes from the word Evolve.
Our business moto is Evolve your Mind and Body to achieve Balance. The studio opened in Feb 2022 offering classical Pilates privates on the equipment and small group Mat classes.
Sue Williams, owner and teacher at Evo Pilates is originally from the UK. She discovered Pilates while living in the USA, when she was searching for help to recover from a back injury. Not only did Pilates help relieve the back pain, the exercises also strengthened her core, improved her posture, increased joint flexibility and reduced stress levels.
On a mission to help others gain from the health benefits Pilates offers, teaching was a natural progression and she completed her classical Pilates training (600 + hours) in the USA.
With over 10 years of classical Pilates teaching experience. Sue has worked with students of all ages and fitness levels, in person and online in the USA and Europe.
Sue is now sharing the rewards and her experience of Pilates with her students here in Spain.
Why making a charity month for Cudeca?
Sue’s mother-in-law, Maureen Ann Williams, sadly passed away from cancer in palliative hospice care in June 2022. Sue and Gareth were so thankful for the amazing care she received they want to help others receive the same care by supporting Cudeca.
Evo Pilates dedicated their first successful charity action last October “no one fights alone”, to Cudeca and they want to continue their support for Cudeca again this October.
Evo Pilates will donate 10 % of each Pilates group class and private session during the month of October and invite their students to also make donations.
