Cudeca Hospice was chosen as Dealz Torremolinos’ official charity when it opened its first store in Spain on Plaza de la Nogalera in July 2014. Vice President of Cudeca Susan Hannam was presented with an agreement to support the charity for a year and 40 boxes of products were donated to support the hospice and make the lives of their residents and day centre patients better. During their opening event they also raised over 150€ for the charity and since then have been collecting at the tills for this excellent cause.

 

Dealz held a Halloween event and fashion show on 18th October and raffled two hampers of Halloween party goodies, with all proceeds going to Cudeca Hospice. They also showcased their great Halloween range of fancy dress outfits, party essentials and accessories and had a face painter and treats for the kids. During the event, the team handed over 10 full collecting tins which have been filled up by the discount retailers’ generous customers over just a few months.

 

In total, Dealz has now raised nearly 550€ for Cudeca Hospice and will be continuing to support them to improve the lives of their patients and raise much needed funds.
