The next challenge of John Gow is coming; on 6th December he will run the VI Cabberty Málaga Marathon in aid of Cudeca Hospice.
On his last race, Marbella Half Marathon, he raised 318 € from sponsor donations.
He will be competing in the following races:
- Torremolinos half Marathon. February 2016
- Malaga Half Marathon. April 2016
- Rat Race the Wall (UK). June 2016
- Pico Veleta. Sierra Nevada. August 2016
There are several races throughout the winter in Spain, so hopefully he will be adding further competitions to his calendar.

The funds raised will go towards covering the cost-free special care of the home visit programme, the in-patient unit, day unit and rehabilitation arranged each day. We assist more than 1.000 people a year with cancer and other incurable illnesses in an advanced stage, as well as offering help to their families in the province of Málaga.
