Come dancing for Cudeca is a group of friends from la Axarquía that have been supporting Cudeca Hospice for 7 years next month and have raised until today 12.465 euros. They are hoping to make 13.000 euros by their anniversary dance on 10th October.
Supper dances are held from 7 pm at Restaurant El Trapiche near Vélez-Málaga. Usually, on the first or second Saturday of the month except for the hot summer months and during May when the restaurant is busy with communions celebrations.
They have 50/50 dancing i.e.. ballroom, latin, jive, modern sequence, old time, Scottish and party dances on special occasions. Something for everyone.
They raised funds with a charity Raffle. Tickets are sold at 1euro, usually in bundles of 5. Consumable prizes are donated by the dancers. Usually between 100 and 200 Euros are raised each dance.
They have about 80 supporters, from GB, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Spain.
Come dancing friends invite all the dance lovers to celebrate their VII anniversary in aid of Cudeca Hopsice next 10th October.
