On Sunday 14th September, La Cala Lions are organising at their President´s Lunch an authentic jazz concert with the New Orleans Jump Band in aid of Cudeca Hospice.

The event will take place at Hotel Tamisa Golf Mijas Costa at 2 p.m., and the price of this gala is 25 euros. Tickets are available at the Hotel and the Lion´s Charity Shop in La Cala. All proceeds will go to Cudeca Hospice.

The La Cala Lions have over the years loyally supported Cudeca Hospice and donated much needed new equipment for the In-Patient Unit.

The New Orleans Jump Band was formed by 3 young british musicians in 1989 in Cádiz, and they have played all over Spain as well as being invited to different jazz festivals: South of France, Birmingham UK and South Africa. In 2007 they decided to play without piano and drums, and sound like authentic New Orleans music.
The fun-packed afternoon will include a Sunday 3 course lunch plus all wine and beer.

The New Orleans Jazz Band and DJ Lee Jay will create a perfect atmosphere for the afternoon.
