Cudeca held its annual “Light a Light” ceremony on Friday 16th December at the Hospice Centre in Benalmadena.

 

"Light a Light" is a special tribute to our loved ones commemorated by the lighting of a candle and individual sponsored lights which continue to shine during the festive season. Special thanks are sent to John Mathisen, Papa Noel Leslie Thompson, the "Tapas" Choir, "Sunny View school children" and the Spanish Choir "Cantando Entre Amigos," who joined to help to create a special evening of emotion, especially for patients, families and friends of Cudeca.

 

Thanks to all taking part, we enjoyed a festive evening and managed to raise more than 6,091.84€, which will enable us to continue Giving Life to Days.

 

Each year, more than 700 patients and families are cared for, free of charge, thanks to the generosity of the local community, public subventions and private donations.

 

Raffle tickets Blue 405 and 472 have not yet been claimed. The prizes will remain in Reception until end January.

 

Together we can continue to Give Life to Days to those who need it most!
