Hermanas Sisters is a Malaga rock band formed by Anita Rowe (vocals) and Carlos Germade (guitars), winners of the first edition of the IMAGINAROCK contest organized by the SGAE in 1994 and of the European edition of the Emergenza Acoustic Showcase in 2005. Their music is "an exquisite melting pot nourishing from blues, soul, velvetian artyrock, funk, britpop and electronic music as well as old European jazz" (Hector Marquez). With more than a thousand concerts to their credit and participating in such different events as the NAMM Show in Los Angeles, the Musik Messe in Frankfurt, the Festimad in Madrid and the Songwriters Festival in Birmingham, they are one of the most eclectic formations on the national scene.
