Denise Metliss is a beautiful and professional dancer who trained at the Royal Ballet and Arts Educational Trust. Her exceptional talent enabled her to dance with The Royal Ballet, Festival ballet, The Bolshoi, and Kirov Ballet Companies. After a severe injury put an end to Denise's ballet career, she continued in theatre and television.

She loves passing on her knowledge and passion for dance to others, and currently holds weekly dance, ballet and movement classes for the over 50's in conjunction with the Cudeca Goldies on Thursday mornings at 11am in the Tamisa Hotel, Mijas Golf.

The Goldies are a group of accomplished people who have come together to put the fun into fundraising; their energy and  enthusiasm is always present in everything they do. They have been raising funds for Cudeca Hospice since 2014.
