We are contacting you to invite you to take part in an interesting training session about “Advanced Health Care Directives” (Living Wills).
 
“Advanced Health Care Directives” are a right that we all have about the actions that health care professional may make in the future, applicable if we are unable to express ourselves and make our own decisions.
 
The training sessions will last approximately two hours, they are planned for February where the recently updated declaration will be explained in detail and how you can make your own declaration.
