STRATOMILLE Group delivers 6367 euros in its Solidarity Restaurants campaign On 11 February, Cudeca received a visit from representatives of the Stratomille Group to sign an important collaboration agreement, which meant an ongoing financial contribution to the care of patients and their families. From each piece of cutlery sold by the group in their restaurants, they would donate 0.50 cents to the Hospice. Last Friday, 22nd April, they handed over their first collection with the incredible sum of 6,367 euros, one month and 11 days after signing the commitment to help us, it materialised with more than 12,000 table settings served. The presentation ceremony which took place at La Pala D'Oro in Benalmádena town, was attended by our assistant manager and Financial Director Rafael Olalla, and the cheque was handed over by Jesús Tejedor, Events Director of the Stratomille Group and the Metre of La Pala d'Oro in Benalmádena Manuel Morea. The StratoMille Group is a gastro-vinic business group that manages the restaurants La Pala de Oro de Málaga, La Pala de Oro de Benalmádena, Yucas Mare, Mar de Copas, Grace en Riviera, La Pala NOW and Bodega ASTORIA. The agreement was born out of the group's concern to help society as much as possible and they made this clear at the meeting they held with the Foundation's board of directors. In addition to this important economic contribution, the group's manager, Sandro Spoladore, reiterated his commitment to helping the foundation in many other ways, such as donating wines, supporting communications, co-organising gastronomic events, etc. As he said on 11 February, "today is a very happy day for me to be able to help". The Hospice thanks once again the Stratomille Group for all the affection it is showing and for the financial support to continue caring at the end of life.
