Cudeca Experience, Cudeca's training placements programme, closed a new edition in October, which was attended by healthcare professionals from Latin American countries. This programme of rotations has an itinerary designed to offer its students a global vision of working in an institution such as the Cudeca Foundation, which combines a social and associative part with a cutting-edge healthcare and medical programme.

The month-long tour allows students to learn about everything from fundraising and the work with the volunteer teams to home care or the work of the medical, nursing, psychology and social work teams that carry out their work at the centre itself.

For these reasons, Cudeca Experience has become one of the flagships of the training provided by the Cudeca Institute. Quality training, with a small student body and personalised attention so that professionals on rotation can get the most out of the experience.

Soon, the Cudeca Experence programme will make the leap to a first edition outside our borders, in Colombia, which will offer the same programme and a tour of Cudeca's philosophy thanks to the collaboration with local entities that share this way of understanding patient care in Palliative Care.
