Malaga Volunteer Awards
On December 6, Malaga Town Hall, through its Department of Citizen Participation, held the "Malaga Volunteer Awards" with the aim of recognizing the work done by volunteers of the city in the various entities in which they carry out their altruistic work. This award ceremony is part of the commemorative events of International Volunteer Day.
At this award ceremony, our manager and medical director, Marisa Martín, received recognition for the voluntary work of the Cudeca Charity Shops for the protection of the environment with the Sustainable Solidarity Project, which helps to give another life to textiles which are not used or needed, by recycling and reusing tons of clothes, and taking care of patients by adding Life to their Days... and without the Volunteers this would not be possible.
We would like to thank the Malaga City Council, its mayor, the Department of Citizen Participation and its councillor Ruth Sarabia; Gemma Del Corral, Daniel Pérez, Rosa Mar, Julio Andrade for the recognition of the Volunteers of our 23 charity shops.
Above all, we would also like to thank our fantastic volunteers who help us to continue adding Life to Days.
Thank you!
