On Saturday April 27th, the Virgen del Carmen Association of Benalmadena visited the Cudeca Centre with the aim of placing the image of the Virgen del Carmen in the chapel of the Center and make a donation.

At the act, the Cudeca Founder and Honorary President, Joan Hunt; the Executive Chief and Medical Director, Dr. Marisa Martin and the staff of the In-Patient Unit were present accompanied by the Pastor of the Virgen del Carmen Church, Don Gonzalo Martin and the President of the association Virgen del Carmen, together with Rafael Guardia and several representatives of the association.

The  priest blessed the image of the Virgin of Carmen, which was placed on the wall of the chapel of the In-Patient Unit. This image will accompany the patients and their families in their religious confessions.

Next, the president of the association, Rafael Guardia, made a donation of €300 to the Founder of CUDECA.
