Cudeca Hospice give a recognition to Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada
On 31st March, this award giving ceremony took place at Cudeca Hospice Foundation - Cancer Care. The giving of a commemorative plaque to Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada in recognition of their collaboration over the years to helping our special way of caring.
The event was attended by Sonia Díez, Torrequebrada International College Director; from Benalmádena Town Hall, Yolanda Peña, Councillor for Education; Ana Macias, Councillor for Social Welfare; and from Cudeca, Joan Hunt, Honorary President and Founder; and Marisa Martin,CEO and Medical Director.
Sonia Díez commented that Cudeca has been and is an example for society; and for the Torrequebrada International School, which teaches students important values for the future.
Marisa Martín thanked them for the constant collaboration of the International College Torrequebrada, which contributed to the special form of care for more than 21,000€ for Cudeca since 2010. Examples such as a Charity golf tournament, the network of ambassadors, Christmas Charity dinner, the Christmas cards done by the students as well as all employees and parents.
Cudeca would like to thank wholeheartedly Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada for the continued support and love from both parents and students who have contributed to adding “life to days” for many people.
