George Lumby –a Trustee of Cudeca– held a fiesta for his friends in his beautiful garden on 3 July. George’s wife Horrtensia prepared a delicious luncheon, which was followed by a barbeque in the late evening. This is an annual event which is enjoyed by everyone, especially the children who have great fun on the water slide in the swimming pool. George and Hortensia provided the bar and food, and requested that guests make a donation to Cudeca Cancer Care Hospice. We are delighted to report that an amount of 1,800 euros was donated and send warmest appreciation to George and Hortensia and his generous guests.
