Knowledge about how volunteers do their work is extremely important for Cudeca. Every year we ask the volunteers to complete a questionnaire so we can continue to improve the programme. 149 volunteers completed the form in 2008 which was almost a 40% increase over the previous year. Thanks to the contributions included we have incorporated new activities such as monthly support sessions for the care volunteers and 3 monthly ones for the admin and fund raising volunteers, training sessions for the shop volunteers in the centre etc.
We need the questionnaires back at the centre by the 15 November. They can be brought personally to the centre, handed in at one of the shops, send by e- or snail- mail.
